The MG Hector still runs on a 1.5-liter petrol engine. It has 141 horsepower and 250Nm of torque. You can choose between a six-speed manual or a CVT transmission. The diesel option has a 2.0-liter engine with 168 horsepower and 350Nm of torque, only available with a six-speed manual gearbox. These engines meet the BS6 Phase 2 standards. But, it's important to know that many advanced driving assistance features are not available in the diesel versions.
