Virgin Atlantic provide travelers to cancel their flights, but the Virgin Atlantic cancellation policy varies depending on the type of ticket purchased. If a passenger cancels a refundable ticket and has not used any of it, they can request a refund of the fare, possible charges and surcharges imposed by the airline, taxes, fees. However, if a passenger cancels a non-refundable ticket, they will receive taxes and fees as a refund and will be subject to a $41 cancellation fee.If a passenger cancels a ticket more than 24 hours after purchase, an additional cancellation fee will apply. If a traveler cancels a ticket due to the death or sickness of a traveler, immediate family member or travel companion, Virgin Atlantic will not reduce an administration charge.
