Annamalai University was established in the year 1929 for Distance Education, in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu. Annamalai University received an ‘A’ grade in 2014 by NAAC and was approved by AICTE, UGC, MCI, DCI, and NCTE. AU also provides Distance learning programs that are approved by the DEC (Distance Education Council). They offer over 500 distance learning programs.
