You can reset the Spectrum router to factory default settings and login through the default credentials to change Spectrum router settings. Another way is to simply login through the web interface using the current login credentials and modify the settings. You can open a web browser and type the IP address, 192.168.0.1 in the search bar. Enter the default username and password and click enter. You will be navigated to settings page where you can change the settings.
