If you remember the login credentials of your router, you can access the settings if your Arris router and select the reset option. The router will reset to default factory settings when you restart it. Another ways to reset Arris router is through the reset button. Press and hold the reset button on Arris router. When you see the lights on the router flickering, release the button. The router will take a few minutes to initialize and then reboot.
