As you can see (QuickBooks support), I just filed a complaint [Created] Case# 04289876756 - Complaint #04234613 on QuickBooks, which is the first phase in the officially legal action I'm taking right now. They informed me it will take 15 business days to get an answer from the customer complaint officer, which is how the process functions until litigation begins. I have no choice after attempting to contact them, I have sent numerous emails and opened multiple tickets, 8th posting days on Reddit and attempting to contact QuickBooks support several times both publicly and privately, sadly and clearly, I have received no response from QuickBooks support.

I'll be posting live updates here to let anyone who is in the same situation know what's going on. I'm not afraid to take legal action, like a lawsuit, since we have a free litigation service as a family member who is a lawyer, but as a long-time QuickBooks client, I don't want to go this far.

• Avoid scams by acting locally or paying with PayPal
• Never pay with Western Union, Moneygram or other anonymous payment services
• Don't buy or sell outside of your country. Don't accept cashier cheques from outside your country
• This site is never involved in any transaction, and does not handle payments, shipping, guarantee transactions, provide escrow services, or offer "buyer protection" or "seller certification"
