The Btech Food Technology Colleges is a four-year, eight-semester undergraduate course on food processing, preservation, and applications of food engineering used in the food industry to extend product shelf life. It is a study of food technology and science. The essential qualification to apply for this BTech Course is a finish of 10+2 with something like 60% total with Material science and Math as mandatory subjects alongside one discretionary from Science/Science/Biotechnology from a perceived college like that of JNU Jaipur. In contemporary times, individuals are exceptionally conscious of their food and its quality, source, sustenance, and cost. Besides all these conscious thoughts, the most crucial question is, "How safe is the food?" Thus, food technology has emerged as one of the best options for removing this doubt and meeting people's needs.
